Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and olives.
  • Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese on top before serving.
