This creamy and delicious dip is made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon, and garlic.

Description
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- 2–3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with extra olive oil if desired.
