Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked and cooled
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 2 limes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
