Description

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
