Description

This Spicy and Tasty Shrimp Pasta is a delightful blend of succulent shrimp, spicy seasonings, and perfectly cooked pasta, making it a mouth-watering meal perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
  • 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked spaghetti, fresh parsley, and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
