Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Increase heat to medium-high. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes and dried parsley over the chicken.
