Description

A spicy twist on classic cheese enchiladas, featuring jalapeños for a kick.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups enchilada sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced

Instructions
