Description

A refreshing grilled chicken salad with creamy avocado, fresh greens, and a tangy lime dressing, perfect for a light summer meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush chicken breasts with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
