Description

A delicious and colorful burrito packed with southwestern flavors, including black beans, corn, and bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup black beans, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels, cooked
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions
